About Vos Regnum Dei
Jesus came preaching, "Repent, for the Kingdom of God is here." It is this message of the Kingdom that his followers responded to, follow and then changed the world. This same message echoes through the centuries through the lives of those who repent and walk after Jesus.
This is the call that I am following. Jesus said, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and all these things will be added unto you." I am seeking God's Kingdom. 2000 years ago when God sent His Son, Jesus to earth the Kingdom broke in with God's mighty power. Jesus prayed to His Father, "Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." This is what the Kingdom of God is about, God's will being done on earth as it is in heaven.
As one teacher has said, God's Kingdom comes about when "God enters with His mighty power, God's people acclaim Him name and living in obedience to him." May we all see God's Kingdom enter with mighty power.
I want to see God enter with his mighty power. I write on this blog to enter into a community of those also seeking God's Kingdom. This blog serves as a place where I can allow others to enter the journey I am on. We were made to live a life following Jesus in community and this is one of the ways that I have found to enter into this community.
I committed at the beginning of 2006 to blog on a daily basis. The previous year, 2005, I had blogged on an inconsistent basis and launched a group blog which was much very successful. I continue to run Every Square Inch and now have launched this site VOS REGNUM DEI.
